As a licensed driller in New Mexico, we handle all aspects of groundwater determination, residential and commercial water well drilling, monitor well installations, and Plugging Plan of Operations submissions for the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer (NMOSE).

H&R owns and operates two air/mud rotary drilling rigs, deployed daily to meet our clients’ diverse needs. These rigs are ideal for vertical delineation in challenging conditions where conventional equipment like excavators or backhoes cannot achieve necessary depth due to site hardness or other constraints. Our skilled in-house environmental technicians ensure precise soil sampling during drilling to confirm complete delineation.

We also offer depth-to-groundwater bores, including end-to-end services such as permit preparation and submission to the NMOSE, bore drilling, 2-inch casing installation, and well gauging after a 72-hour period. We provide comprehensive documentation, including well logs and plugging reports, for both the client and NMOSE, with all casings removed and the well bore securely plugged.
